Go to an at&t store and ask. They should assist you.
My friend has this phone and it’s happened to her before. What we did to make it work is going into the Settings and then resetting the phone’s settings. That did the trick.
If not, you might have a corrupted operating system. I suggest you bring it into your carrier and have them reflash your phone.
